Simon Sounds collects minimal data. If you submit an advertiser enquiry or sign up for our mailing list, we collect the name and email address you provide.
Advertiser enquiries are used solely to respond to your request with a custom rate card. Email addresses collected via the mailing list are used only to send notifications about upcoming live sessions and station news. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties under any circumstances.
This site uses Google Fonts, which may set a cookie originating from Google's servers. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Basic analytics may be collected via Vercel's built-in analytics, which is GDPR-compliant.
Advertiser enquiry data is retained for up to 90 days. Mailing list data is retained until you unsubscribe.
